I’m a small-town Saskatchewan girl who loves surrounding herself with people who truly believe in their clients. For the past 22 years, I’ve served our community in social work and therapy, bringing passion, connection, and my full range of tools from eight specialized modalities to support your unique needs.

As a neurodivergent person, I celebrate the creativity, empathy, and gifts neurodivergence brings to our world every day. I offer a warm, safe, and creative place to heal and find your purpose again. Many people carry experiences that have shaped how we think, feel, respond and move through the world. At times, these experiences can feel overwhelming, confusing and isolating. My approach focuses on building self understanding, emotional regulation and tools that support lasting well-being. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative and affirming - particularly for individuals who identify as neurodivergent or those who have felt impacted by systems or environments that did not always meet their needs. Our work together will move at a pace that respects you and your experiences.
