Our approach

Haven and Horizon Therapy Clinic is a modern wellness center offering integrated, evidence-based therapy and holistic life coaching. Haven and Horizon Therapy Clinic is proud to be Saskatchewan’s only fully NIHB mental health clinic built on neurodivergent leadership, lived experience, and affirming care. Our practice is designed by trauma informed clinicians, for all clients — real people helping real people, and creating a space where authenticity is supported and empowered.

We help individuals seeking emotional stability, clarity, connection, and personal growth through a blend of therapeutic modalities and life coaching support. All appointments will take place in our soothing office environment with fully private rooms, complimentary tea, coffee and water, and individualized care.

Our office is centrally located, with great access to downtown bus routes, and accessible parking at building front, sides and across the street. Located on the newly revitalized Dewdney strip, in the beautiful, historic Strathdee Warehouse. Find us at the 2206 door west of the Bushwakker entrance.
